2710 – DE MULLER SOLIMAR NEGRE – D.O.TARRAGONA

 Descripció: Les nostres vinyes es cultiven en espatllera i són podades per poda mitjana-llarga. Els nostres raïms van madurar en temps diferents, i després de realitzar els més estrictes controls de maduració per poder així recol·lectar els raïms al punt òptim, a mitjans de setembre. Fermentem i macerem acuradament aquestes 2 excel·lents varietats per separat a una temperatura controlada al voltant de 28ºC durant 14 dies. La seva criança té lloc en bótes de roure americà i francès durant 12 mesos, per posteriorment continuar millorant en ampolla durant almenys 6 mesos més abans de sortir al mercat.

Varietats:  60% Cabernet Sauvignon i 40% Merlot

Anyada: Si vol saber l’anyada que tenim en aquests moments per poder servir-lo, preguntin-s’ho per WhatsApp.

Graduació: 13,5% Vol.

Capacitat: 75 Cl.

Nota de tast:

  • · Color: Bell color granat amb irisacions carmesí.
  • · Nas: Al nas, exhibeix una aroma complex on és diferencien els tres tipus: Un aroma primari varietal, de pebrot verd enllaçat per un secundari, làctic, i sobresaltat, sens dubte, per les seves aromes terciàries clarament fumades i especiades procedents de la seva criança en bótes de roure americà i francès.
  • · Boca: A la boca es presenta càlid, sedós, amb sensacions tànnic-àcides perfectament estructurades. Hi ha indicis clars del seu pas per fusta a les seves notes especiades i lleugerament fumades que combinades amb un lleuger toc varietal, li dóna frescor al vi.

Maridatge: Indicat per acompanyar tota mena de carns, especialment les blanques, embotits i plats amb tota mena de salses.

Servei: És recomana servir-lo entre 16 ºC i 18 ºC de temperatura.
